GOOD TO KNOW: 3 BIG-IMPACT CHANGES YOU CAN MAKE TO YOUR HOME
Our Orchard Hollow project was one of our favorites because we were able to transform a space by sticking to the fundamentals of design. You don’t always have to break the bank in order to spruce up your space. Changing up the paint, lighting, furniture, and simple accessories are subtle, but effective ways to make a space feel new. If you are looking for a simple way to change up your space without taking a sledge hammer to your walls, incorporating simple updates can make a huge difference.

BEFORE AND AFTER
Adding paint can make a huge difference in a space. We decided to add nickel board to add some intrigue and then painted it a darker color to give it contrast and make it feel more modern. We also added some bold modern art pieces to simplify and elevate the space.

For the living room, we changed up the fireplace and added some clean and modern open shelving. Pairing that with new accessories and styled shelves added personality to the room. We also added a few signature furniture pieces and a stunning rug.

The dining room was such a fun part of the project. We were able to completely elevate the space by adding new lighting. The dining table was a easy way to update the area without breaking the bank.
